CENTRAVO’s subsidiary, Nutrivalor AG, undertakes a fully comprehensive service for the Swiss meat industry. It is also the center for international marketing of these food-compatible products coming from slaughter and cuttings, which are not marketable in Switzerland.
Target markets are countries (Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa), where these high quality products are an everyday part of local consumption habits.
